Two distinct entry gardens distinguish the east and west office building functions. The east garden interprets a meadow-like landscape in keeping with the mission of the Ministry of Natural Resources offices. The landscape design for the west offices of the Ministry of Transportation presents a linear and structured garden with muted colours and a textural emphasis.
