The undistinguished estate property begged an identifiable street presence and a re-design of the overall landscape. Dry-laid stonewalls mark the driveway entry and the front arrival court with new light fixtures located along the driveway. An orchard stretching across the driveway and purposeful perimeter hedges define the property and strengthen the front address. Lush gardens grace the arrival court and also integrate the pool area with the landscape beyond. Serpentine, purple barberry hedges form whimsical foundation borders that demarcate the top of the wooded ravine and a memorial space.
